Terms of Service

These terms cover use of SnowTracker.pro, operated by SnowTracker Pro, a partnership based in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: info@snowtracker.pro.

The service

Operations software for snow and lawn contractors — customer management, quoting, invoicing, dispatch, and customer portals. Provided as a subscription.

Accounts

Business owners create a business account and can invite staff and crew. Contractors’ customers get portal access tied to the contractor’s account. You’re responsible for what happens under your sign-in — keep it to yourself.

Billing & non-payment

Subscription fees are billed as agreed at signup. If an invoice goes unpaid, we’ll remind you; 30 days past due we suspend access to the account until it’s settled. Your data isn’t deleted on suspension — see the Privacy Policy’s retention terms.

Your data

Your business and customer data is yours. We host and process it to run the service, per the Privacy Policy. You can export it any time by asking. If you close your account we’ll delete it on request.

Messaging your customers

The service sends email and SMS to your customers on your behalf (quotes, invoices, service updates). You’re responsible for having the right to contact them, in line with applicable law including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, send spam, or attempt to access other accounts’ data. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability & warranty

We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We can terminate for non-payment (above) or material breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes get notice by email. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
