Something’s wrong with my quote — how do I get it changed?
Wrong address, wrong service, price doesn’t match what you discussed — it happens. A quote that’s been sent can’t be quietly altered (that protects you both), so changes always come as a fresh quote.
Use “Ask a question” on the quote page
Right on your quote, next to the accept button, Ask a question sends your note straight to the provider — you’ll see “Your request for changes has been sent. We’ll follow up shortly.” No phone tag needed.
They send a corrected quote
Your provider edits a fresh copy and sends a new link the same way as the first. The old quote is retired — the new one is the one to accept.
Not interested at all? Decline it
The Decline button tells them clearly, and the quote closes out. If you change your mind later, they can re-open or re-send it.
Already accepted and then spotted the problem?
Contact your provider directly — once a quote is accepted, corrections happen on the invoice side, and they can sort that quickly.
