How do I set up lawn care services?
If you run lawn care through the summer, it lives beside Snow Removal in the same services model: a catalog of packages and on-demand services, add-ons, and a season window.
Turn on Lawn Care
In Settings → Services, flip the Lawn Care toggle and pick what you offer — On-demand, Packages, or both. Saving seeds starter services you rename to fit: a Weekly package (once per week, 22 cuts per season) and Bi-Weekly (every 2 weeks, 11 cuts), plus an On Demand service if you chose it.
Shape the catalog
Services & Packages works exactly like snow: name, customer-facing description, frequency (per day, per week, every 2 weeks), and total cuts per season for packages. Reorder rows by dragging — that’s the order customers see.
Add lawn add-ons
Aeration, Fertilizing, Weed Control — create each once in the Add-Ons section, write the description the customer sees, and pick which services and packages it’s offered with.
Set the growing season
The Lawn Care Season section (it appears once you have a package) takes month + day and repeats yearly — Apr 1 to Nov 15 by default. There’s also a switch for continuing service past season end. Snow and lawn keep separate windows, so both season columns can live on the same customer.
Lawn quotes and calendared mowing draw their names and frequencies straight from this catalog — set it up once and quote from it all summer.
